Release Notes
4 October 2026
Drag-and-drop cover designer
- The Custom cover is now designed on the page itself: drag the title, subtitle, author, date, logo, text, images and lines onto the cover and place them anywhere
- Move elements by dragging, change their width with the side handles, and nudge them with the arrow keys
- Snap guides line elements up with the page centre and with each other
- Style the selected element (size, colour, alignment, bold) and set its exact position
- Undo and redo, plus Discard changes and Reset to default
- Choosing the Custom tile opens the designer straight away; an Edit design tile next to it reopens it
- Covers built with the earlier block builder are converted automatically
Images on the cover
- Upload up to four images per cover, or drop image files straight onto the page
- Images are shrunk in the browser before saving, so templates and exports stay light
Usage statistics
- A new Usage tab on the admin page charts exports and pages per day over 30 days, 90 days or 12 months
- See which outputs people choose (single PDF, merged PDF, ZIP) and where exports start
- Only counts are kept — no user or page names
Templates screen
- Templates are shown as tiles with a thumbnail of each template's opening page
Fixes
- An empty page — for example an empty parent page — now exports as a PDF instead of an empty ZIP
- A page that fails to load is retried, then reported by name instead of being left out silently
- An export never downloads an empty archive
