PDF Exporter for Confluence requires a valid Atlassian Marketplace license. A free evaluation period is included when you first install the app.
After install, the app runs in evaluation mode. During evaluation all features are available with no restrictions. Evaluation length follows the standard Atlassian Marketplace trial period.
To purchase a license or manage an existing one:
You are directed to the Atlassian Marketplace purchase flow.
If the license expires, users will see a license error when attempting to open the exporter. Admins can renew the license from Manage apps at any time.
Any Confluence user with at least view permission on a page can open the PDF Exporter and export that page. No additional app-level permissions are required for basic export access.
Only Confluence site admins can access Confluence Settings → PDF Exporter to create, edit, archive, or delete templates.
Space admins and regular users cannot manage templates.
