Settings

Open Settings in the app's sidebar. Settings are saved per user; the bar at the bottom shows when you have unsaved changes.

Display

Hide fields you never need. Hidden fields are left out of the history table and exports.

Export

• PDF: company branding, template, style, page and default sections.
• CSV: delimiter, date format, metadata rows.
• Excel: date format, metadata rows.

Analysis

• Time calculation: calendar time or business hours (working day and weekends). Business hours use each viewer's local time zone.
• Status Timeline: default sort order.
• SLA thresholds: maximum hours per status, picked from your site's statuses.
