New features, improvements and fixes in Markdown Macro+ for Confluence.

Fix: images written as ![alt](https://...) in Edit with Markdown and New page from Markdown are now published, at the width set with "width=400px" or "width=50%". The page preview shows them too.

The app is now called Markdown Macro+ for Confluence.

Edit with Markdown: edit a whole page or blog post as Markdown, with a page preview, and publish it as native Confluence content. Includes drafts, version notes, conflict checks, a warning for formatting Markdown can't hold, and Markdown Macro+ macros you can edit in place.
New page from Markdown: write a new child page in Markdown and publish it or save it as a draft.
Template variables: {{date}}, {{date+7d}}, {{user.name}}, {{page.title}}, {{space.key}} and more, filled in when a template is picked. Templates also work in Edit with Markdown and New page.
Callouts: > [!NOTE] and :::warning[Title] render as Confluence panels with Confluence's icons.
Table of contents with [[toc]], and heading links.
Copy button on code blocks.
Search and export: macro content is found by Confluence search and exported as native content in PDF and Word.
Attachment picker for this page or the whole site, with search and type filters.
Insert a .md file and Download as .md in the toolbar.
Drag to resize the editor and the preview.

The macro looks like native Confluence content, in light and dark mode.
Pages load faster: code highlighting, math, emoji and Mermaid load only when a macro uses them.
"Drawing diagram" shows while a Mermaid diagram loads.
A refreshed editor and settings page.

Edit with Markdown needs permission to read and update pages. Until an admin approves the update in Manage apps, the rest of the app keeps working as before. See Updates waiting for approval.
