Installation

Requirements

• A monday.com account where you are allowed to install apps. On most accounts that means an admin, unless your admin has let members install apps.
• Workdocs in at least one workspace you can access

Install the App

1. Open the app's listing on the monday.com Marketplace
2. Click Install
3. Review the permissions the app asks for, and approve them
4. Choose whether to install it for all workspaces or only selected workspaces

Permissions the App Asks For

The exporter only reads. It never creates, changes or deletes anything in your account.

Permission	Why it's needed
Read workspaces	List the workspaces you can export from
Read docs	Read the content of the docs you choose to export
Read boards	Required by monday.com for apps that open inside a workspace
Read assets	Download images embedded in your docs so they can be saved in the ZIP
Read users	Show @mentions of people by name instead of by ID

Open It

Once installed, open any workspace the app is installed in, and choose Markdown Exporter under Workspace apps in the left-hand menu.
