JQL values on older issues

Issue: Issues whose checklist hasn't changed since version 4 was installed have no JQL values yet. Workaround: Change anything on the checklist, for example tick and untick an item, and the values appear.

New features before the update is approved

Issue: Until a site admin approves version 4's permissions, JQL values aren't saved, validators let every transition through, the assignee picker is hidden and items can't become sub-tasks. The app's settings page lists what's waiting. Workaround: Approve the update under Apps → Manage apps.

Templates apply to new issues only

Issue: Turning on auto-add doesn't change issues that already exist. Workaround: Add the template to existing issues from Templates on the checklist, or with an Automation rule.

Activity shows recent changes

Issue: The Activity tab shows the latest 50 changes to a checklist. Workaround: None needed for most teams; the issue's own history keeps sub-tasks and transitions.

The glance badge updates after a moment

Issue: The done/total badge in the issue's right-hand column can lag behind the checklist until the issue is reloaded. Workaround: Reload the issue.
