Terms of Service for monday.com Apps
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Yamuno apps for monday.com (the "Apps"), installed from the monday.com apps marketplace. They're an agreement between you and Yamuno. Please read them before installing or using an App.
Our Atlassian apps are covered by our separate Terms of Service.
1. Agreement to Terms
By installing or using an App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy for monday.com Apps. If you install an App on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for it. If you don't agree, don't install or use the Apps.
Your use of monday.com itself, and of its apps marketplace, is governed separately by monday.com's own terms, including the monday.com Marketplace Terms of Service.
2. The Apps
The Apps extend monday.com. They run inside monday.com, are hosted by monday.com, and use the permissions you approve when you install them. You don't need a separate Yamuno account: access is managed through your monday.com account.
Each App's features are described in its documentation. We may improve, change or add to the Apps over time.
3. Your Use of the Apps
3.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Apps only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation
- Interfere with or disrupt the Apps, or the services they run on
- Try to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Apps or to other accounts
- Use the Apps for any harmful, malicious or fraudulent purpose
- Get around or disable any security or access control
3.2 Your Users
You're responsible for making sure everyone in your organisation who uses the Apps does so in line with these Terms.
3.3 Your Content
You keep all rights to your content. The Apps only read and process your monday.com content to do what you ask of them, such as creating an export. You're responsible for having the rights to the content you export and for what you do with the exported files.
4. Payment
If an App is paid, pricing, billing, trials, renewals and cancellations are handled by monday.com through the apps marketplace, under monday.com's terms. Yamuno doesn't process or store your payment details.
5. Availability and Support
5.1 Availability
The Apps run on monday.com's infrastructure, so their availability depends in part on monday.com. We aim to keep the Apps working at all times and to fix problems caused by our code quickly.
5.2 Support
Support is provided by email at [email protected], with these response targets:
| Priority | Description | Target Response |
|---|---|---|
| P1 — Critical | App unusable, blocking your work | 1 business day |
| P2 — High | Major feature broken, no workaround | 2 business days |
| P3 — Normal | Feature issue, workaround available | 5 business days |
| P4 — Low | General questions, minor issues | 7 business days |
6. Data and Privacy
We handle data as described in our Privacy Policy for monday.com Apps. The Apps don't copy your monday.com content to servers of ours.
7. How We Contact You
We may contact the admins of accounts that have installed an App about things that affect their use of it: important changes, security or privacy notices, and changes to these Terms. We use the contact details monday.com shares with us as an app developer, or details you give us when you contact support.
We won't send marketing emails unless you've agreed to receive them, and every marketing email will let you unsubscribe.
8. Intellectual Property
- We keep all rights to the Apps, including their software, design and content.
- These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Apps while they're installed on your account.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the Apps, except as the law allows.
9. Ending Your Use
- You can stop using an App at any time by uninstalling it from your monday.com account. If it's paid, cancel through monday.com to stop billing.
- We may suspend or end your access if you seriously break these Terms, and may discontinue an App with reasonable notice.
What happens to data when an App is uninstalled is described in our Privacy Policy for monday.com Apps.
10. Disclaimer
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't make any promises about the Apps beyond those in these Terms, including that they'll be error-free or uninterrupted.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows:
- Yamuno's total liability arising from the Apps or these Terms won't exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or USD 100 if the App was free.
- Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
12. Force Majeure
We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, labour disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, government actions, or failures of third-party platforms including monday.com.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as far as needed, and the rest of the Terms stay in effect.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll tell account admins about material changes by email where possible, and material changes take effect no sooner than 30 days after that notice. Continuing to use an App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Contact
For questions about these Terms, email [email protected].
